How we manage quality
Incoming material checks
Raw materials are tracked by batch and inspected before entering production.
In-process monitoring
Molding parameters are logged and checked on our production floor during each run.
Final inspection
Finished parts are inspected before packing and dispatch from our warehouse.

Inspection beside production
Operators inspect molded components at the line so visible issues can be identified before parts move to packing and finished-goods storage.
